Neumont University's Office of Student Affairs keeps campus buzzing with activity all quarter long. Plus, our students are active citizens of Salt Lake City.

In addition, our project-based approach to learning means there are regular academic events to help students achieve academic, political, civic, and professional success.

PROJECT SHOWCASE

As part of Freshman Experience, Neumont University students are invited to show off the projects they've been working on in class or their spare time. Students compete for prizes in gaming, non-gaming, Capstone, and Enterprise project categories.   

  • WHEN: Friday, March 10, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • WHO: Current students, accepted students, alumni, and industry partners
  • WHERE: Neumont University's campus

Cuisine Series
  • Thursdays throughout the winter quarter
  • Learn how to make simple dishes.

Unsolved Mystery Case Night
  • Friday, February 3 at 7 p.m.
  • Solve mysteries with your friends
  • Meet in The Commons
Game Night
  • Friday, February 10, details to be determined
  • Play video games with future and current students

ACADEMIC EVENTS:

COMMENCEMENT

  • The graduating Class of 2016 will accept their diplomas

  • This event is ticketed. Students must secure tickets for their guests.

HOSTING YOUR EVENT AT NU


Neumont University allows limited access to our facility to technology user groups under the following conditions:

  • Neumont students and faculty are welcome to attend.
  • Meeting must not require extensive rearrangement of furniture and all food and/or garbage must be cleaned up.
  • Projectors and wireless login are available in “as is” condition. No IT support is provided.
  • The event cannot begin before 5 p.m. and must be complete by 9 p.m. while classes are in session.
