WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY DIPLOMA?
After all academic and financial aid requirements have been verified, diplomas are printed for graduates. This process takes about two months. Diplomas are sent by mail to the address provided on your graduation application.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT DIPLOMA?
You can request a duplicate diploma by emailing email@example.com. There is a $25 reprinting fee.
WHAT IF I NEED VERIFICATION OF GRADUATION PRIOR TO RECEIVING MY DIPLOMA?
If a third party, such as a lending institution or potential employer, needs proof that you have completed your academic requirements for graduation, the Registrar's Office may issue a letter describing your Neumont status. If you would like to request an official Neumont transcript, please contact the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHEN DO I GRADUATE?
You are a Neumont graduate on the last day of your final quarter. Commencement, which honors your achievement, is held once a year in March.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNT?
After graduation, you will have an alumni email account that is hosted with Google Apps Education Edition. We will email you instructions on how to access this new email account within 4 weeks of graduation. We'll send instructions to your existing Neumont student email account, as well as an alternate email account you may have listed on your graduation contact form. DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO CLOSE OUT MY FINANCIAL AID ACCOUNT?
Review your financial transactions on the Student Portal. Will your balance be $0 after the Graduation Fee and final quarter tuition/living expenses are posted? If so, you'll need to complete a financial aid Exit Interview at www.studentloans.gov and notify your Financial Aid Advisor.
