Get students thinking about your company when they dream of their first job right out of college.

  • Present a Tech Talk: Take advantage of the opportunity to have lunch with current students and tell them all about why your company is a great place to work. Stick around to gather résumés, answer questions, and identify potential candidates. Tech Talks are held at 12 p.m. each day during a designated Career Week.
  • Plan On-Campus Interviews: Receive a book of résumés for students who are nearing graduation. Look it over, choose students who you think will be a great fit, and schedule a room for a day of interviews with tech-ready professionals.
  • Participate in Career Fair: Get to know soon-to-be grads one-on-one in a less formal setting. This is an opportunity to connect with students, discuss their qualifications, and describe what you're looking for as you collect résumés.

The response to Neumont's graduates has been impressive. Every quarter, we see companies hire students who are ready to take on the challenges of the real world because they have experience through Enterprise Projects.

"I have tried recruiting from other universities before ... and the Neumont grads have blown the rest out of the water. For what we look for they have by far been the best! I think the main difference is that they graduate with Enterprise experience and very hands on technical knowledge."

–Monique Visser, Senior Technical Recruiter, Ascendant Technology

"We're looking for future employees at Neumont because they're focusing on the latest technologies vs. older, outdated technologies."

–Jason Thelin, Co-Founder, Solution Stream
