HOW TO REQUEST YOUR OFFICIAL ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPTS

A transcript is a copy of your official academic records at Neumont College of Computer Science. It shows all credit courses you’ve taken at the institution and includes your grades and cGPA.

Transcripts can only be issued if all outstanding financial obligations to Neumont have been met. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid for more information about your status.

In an effort to provide academic transcripts to students in a more timely, efficient, and convenient manner, official academic transcripts will be processed in a secure format using the National Student Clearinghouse website. Transcripts can no longer be ordered by phone, email, or paper.

Many institutions accept secure electronic PDF transcripts. Electronic PDF transcripts are secured by a digital certificate. This certifies the validity of the transcript to the recipient, and ensures that the receiver that the transcript has been prepared and delivered by Neumont, and that the transcript is authentic and has not been altered.

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing with additional time for delivery. More time may be required during peak ordering periods, college closures, and holidays.

Each official academic transcript is $5, in addition to the National Student Clearinghouse fee.

You must provide a valid U.S. address when placing your order; official transcripts cannot be mailed to non-U.S. addresses.

Neumont College of Computer Science does not issue unofficial transcripts. However, if you are a current student, you may view your unofficial transcript online using the Neumont Degree Website at no charge.
